Saturated publisher
From the public web graph: a publisher that links out to at least 500 outside domains and to at least five times as many domains as link to it. For a site that sells placements, outbound domains are roughly its customer count; a ratio that steep means it sells far more than it earns.
Where does saturated publisher appear in the API?
Quality reason saturated_outbound; the underlying outbound_external and inbound_domains are on every root-domain row so you can judge a ratio short of the threshold. A ratio of two or more takes points off the quality component of the score.
Why does it matter?
A rating cannot see this; the graph can. Of 189,774 sellable publishers with graph data, 11,208 are saturated, and they charge more, not less, in almost every topic. Finding 07 on the market report.
